We offer flexibility based on your staff's current workload. The weekly track completes the program in 5 consecutive weeks. The bi-weekly track spaces the live sessions every two weeks (taking 10 weeks total to complete), giving your staff extra time to implement the training, finish homework, and manage their daily clinic duties.

Your staff should expect to spend about 2 to 3 hours per week on "homework." This involves practical, hands-on tasks like taking photos in the clinic, setting up your highlights, writing captions, or practicing basic video editing using the custom templates we provide.

No. We focus heavily on utilizing tools you likely already have. Content creation training is optimized for standard smartphones (iPhone or Android). For software, we use the free or budget-friendly versions of Canva (for graphics) and CapCut / Instagram (for video editing). We will recommend a few cheap items like a tripod to help make content creation easier but it is not required.

Upon completion, your staff member will receive a Certificate of Completion validating their new skillset. To ensure long-term momentum, we also offer an optional monthly analytics support add-on. This allows us to look over your staff’s shoulder post-training, review performance metrics, and help them pivot their strategy as the algorithm evolves.
